V-link group has made a recent disclosure about its first ever automotive service center by the name “MotorWorks” which is constructed at Mira Road, Mumbai. The company has been working hard towards building a brand by the name ‘MERU’ which is going to be a world class radio taxi service provider. The first service centre has already been materialised in the city. MotorWorks is going to be a point of attraction for public as it is the biggest service center ever built in Mumbai with 75,000 sq ft area covered. V-link is the largest fleet group in the country and the statement can be justified with the fact that this company holds over 5000 cabs across the country under Meru cabs and over 1,000 vehicles under V-link, providing services to some of the apex BPO and Corporate giants. The spreading work of the company simply forced it to come up with a servicing workshop for its vehicles. Now when the company is one of the largest in the field then the servicing centre too deserves the same tag. With that point in mind, V-link has launched the biggest workshop for the art auto workshop & maintenance facility. Talking about the workshop, it will not only work for the Meru Cabs and the V-Link Fleet but will also provide its services to the retail customers situated in the western suburbs. On the big occasion of this launch, the Founder & Managing Director, Mr. Neeraj Gupta of Meru Cabs said that the launch of ‘MotorWorks’ is going to help the company reduce its maintenance charged to a large extent. Moreover this automotive service center is also going to add new horizon to the end used services of the company. The quality of their vehicles is certainly going to improve to a large extent. Ultimately the company will now be able to provide world class services to its customers. The facilities provided by the company include a wide range of offerings which include CNG & air-conditioner servicing, tire & battery replacements, vehicle accessories, accident repairs and periodic maintenance. Moreover these services are not only for the company owned vehicles but are also provided to the retail customers. Talking about the capacity of the workshop, it can repair more that 300 Cars per day and is also provided with the facility of 24 hours help in case of the emergency situation. The size of the Multi-model workshop is what is pushing it to the news. The tremendous size and capacity of the workshop is a big success in its field. The company officials also claimed that they are planning to further spread the construction of such world class service centres in 4 major metros of India. 8-10 constructions are expected from the company. The workshop is expected to have a total capacity of over 500 bays with total area of over 300000 sq.ft The officials also claim world class services and equipments in it.
